1. Commercial Data Ownership & Confidentiality
- All fleet telemetry, trip waybills, shipper contacts, and financial records remain the sole exclusive property of the subscriber.
- The platform will never analyze, sell, or share your proprietary operations data for commercial or advertising purposes.
- Subscribers have the unrestricted right to export their complete data in open formats (Excel, CSV, PDF) at any time.
2. Service Level Agreement & Cloud Availability
- We commit to maintaining at least 99.9% cloud server availability throughout the year for continuous fleet oversight.
- Scheduled system maintenance is conducted during low-traffic off-peak hours with advance notice provided.
3. Telemetry Encryption & Account Protection
- All passwords, transit traffic, and sensitive financial data are encrypted using cutting-edge security protocols.
- Subscribers are responsible for managing internal team access privileges and keeping user credentials confidential.
Operational Disclaimer
- The platform applies rigorous engineering standards to provide accurate, stable, real-time GPS telemetry.
- The subscriber is responsible for ensuring data inputs comply with national road weight limits and transport regulations.
